🛍 Return Eligibility

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened. However, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • Your package did not arrive

📅 Timeframe for Requests

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

💲 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

📦 Replacements

If a replacement is requested and approved, we will ship it at no additional cost within 1–2 business days.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery
