At Fiesta Snacks, we’re committed to getting your favorite snacks to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This page explains our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and order tracking details.


📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, product launches), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

  • 🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
  • We ship from Orlando, Florida to anywhere in the continental U.S.
    Estimated delivery times are based on the carrier’s transit schedule and begin after your order has shipped.

    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather delays, carrier issues, or peak season volumes may affect transit times.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $30 (after discounts, U.S. only).
  • Expedited and Overnight rates vary by location and weight.

  • 🌎 Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight orders.
  • Certain heat-sensitive products may be unavailable for shipping during summer months in select states.

  • 📍 Local Pickup & Delivery (Central Florida)
  • Local pickup is available by appointment at our Orlando location.
  • Local delivery is available for select wholesale orders — contact us for details.

  • 📦 Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.

  • 🚫 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email admin@fiesta-snacks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • Fiesta Snacks is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For missing packages, please contact the carrier directly.
